Welcome to September! As the leaves start to fall and 'lock in' season approaches, our cosy little jazz dens start to feel welcoming again after feeling stiflingly hot all summer. With the new academic year in tow, you can expect to see lots of new faces at your regular hangouts, unknowingly filled with the potential to alter the dynamics of the scene.

This month's highlighted event is Red Note's Noisy Nights at Drygate, where you will have the pleasure of hearing selected works from an open call as well as some spontaneously composed music from audience members on the night itself. This will certainly be one of those nights where you won't know what to expect!
